Filter Forge should open and you can now use the filter. Once you have unzipped this just double-click on the filter inside that unzipped folder. Now download the zip file containing the text for our image along with the These filters are made with Filter Forge and only work in conjunction with that. Also the background or lack thereof makes it an easy candidate for masking the head. I wanted an image of a screaming man and so I chose this image since it fit the bill.
